Privacy policy

What we collect

When you connect, we store your Odoo address, database name, login, Odoo user ID, display name, company name, and the API key or password you enter. We also store the access tokens issued to Claude, as one-way hashes.

How we use it

Only to carry out the requests Claude makes on your behalf against your own Odoo. We don't sell, rent or share your data, and we don't use it for advertising or to train AI models.

Storage and security

Your Odoo secret is encrypted at rest (AES via Fernet) on our server and is never sent to Claude. All traffic uses HTTPS. Odoo data passes through our server only while answering a request and is not stored.

Third parties

Requests come from Anthropic's Claude on your instruction and go to your Odoo server. No other third party receives your data.

Retention and deletion

Your connection is kept until you disconnect. Access tokens expire after 1 hour; refresh tokens after 90 days of no use. To delete your data, disconnect the connector in Claude and revoke the API key in Odoo, or email us and we'll erase it within 7 days.
